Above rates are quoted in Euros (€). They include VAT and all expenses such as electricity and internet service.
No security deposit against damages is required.
Check-In: 15.00 hrs
Check-Out: 12.00 hrs noon. Prolonged check-out is subject to availability.
Welcome basket with Juice, Mineral Water and Wine upon arrival.
Baby cribs and high chairs provided at no extra charge
Daily Maid service except Sundays (at prearranged times)
Linen change twice per week
Bathrobes, towels, beach towels, luxurious toiletries.
Private Parking lot for two cars at the Villa.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• 50% of the total payment is required to book the villa (signing of the lease). The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the arrival date. If booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date all payments are returned. If booking is cancelled in less than 30 days to arrival date all payments are not returned.
